TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
In order to more efficiently support the users of special parking lots, where an automated ramp control parking system with automatic payment stations is operational, Parking service Herceg Novi has formed Technical Support Service, which is available to service users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any field interventions and online assistance.

TOW TRUCK SERVICE
Tow truck service is entrusted with vehicle movement and operates according to the principle of cooperation with the Municipal Communal Police and Inspection, according to whose orders the moving of improperly parked vehicles. By regulating stationary traffic in this way, public areas are protected from unintended and illegal use.
Parking service Herceg Novi has two tow truck service special vehicles.
Depot – the location for loading vehicles moved by this service is located in the street II Dalmatinska bb, Sutorina, Igalo.
This Service also provides transport services, i.e. transfer of damaged and other vehicles in accordance with the Company’s Price List.
PARKING CONTROL SERVICE
The Parking Control Service is responsible for overseeing the payment of parking fees at designated parking spaces in public parking lots and on streets. For this purpose, two specialized vehicles equipped with hardware and advanced technologies are used, which automatically scan vehicle license plates to verify whether the parking fee has been paid.
This technology enables fast and efficient monitoring of all parked vehicles, ensuring compliance with parking payment regulations. In addition to this advanced technology, the Parking Control Service relies on teams that conduct regular rounds and direct monitoring of parked vehicles to ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
