PARKING PAYMENT

How to buy a digital parking ticket?

The digital parking ticket is a simple way to pay for parking at designated general parking areas in Herceg Novi. It can be purchased at clearly marked sales outlets along streets with parking zones. When purchasing, the user must provide accurate information about the parking zone, desired parking time (e.g. hour, day), and the vehicle’s license plate number. The employee enters the data into the terminal, which immediately sends it to the system in real time. After payment, the user receives a slip and a receipt, and the ticket is automatically activated and becomes visible to the Parking Service system, allowing easy control of the paid parking. This type of ticket enables payment without a mobile phone or internet, making it practical and reliable.

The user is obliged to monitor the validity period of the digital parking ticket and react on time either by purchasing a new ticket for extension or by removing the vehicle, except in zones with time limits where extension is not possible, and in such cases the vehicle must be removed once the allowed time has expired. If parking is not extended or the vehicle is not removed, the inspector has the right to issue a parking ticket in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

In case the digital parking ticket system is not functioning for any reason, the user is obliged to pay for parking by one of the other available methods.
