The mobile application enables easy parking management and the purchase of parking tickets for zoned public parking areas (on-street parking) directly from your mobile phone.
After downloading the application and completing a simple registration process, users can register multiple vehicles and easily select the vehicle for which they wish to purchase a parking ticket. The app allows users to quickly select the desired parking zone and ticket type (hourly or daily), and provides a clear overview of all previous payments.
Parking payments can be made using debit and credit cards, as well as through a mobile operator account, similar to SMS parking payments. Payment via mobile operator is available exclusively to users of mobile networks registered in Montenegro.
The application allows the purchase of hourly parking tickets for all active parking zones, as well as daily tickets for zones where this option is available. Once the purchase is completed, the ticket is automatically recorded in the Herceg Novi Parking Service system and is visible to parking enforcement officers in real time, without the need to display any confirmation inside the vehicle.
Users can access a complete history of previous purchases, enabling easy monitoring and management of all parking transactions.
Users are responsible for monitoring the validity period of their purchased parking ticket and, upon expiration, either extending the parking session or removing the vehicle from the parking space. In zones with time restrictions, parking extensions are not permitted, and the vehicle must be removed once the allowed parking time has expired. If parking is not extended or the vehicle is not removed, a parking enforcement officer may issue a daily penalty ticket in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
If the application or the selected payment method is temporarily unavailable for any reason, users are required to pay for parking using one of the other available payment methods.

Can I register multiple vehicles?
Yes. The application allows multiple vehicles to be added to a single user account. During registration, you may select a default vehicle for parking ticket purchases, while all other vehicles remain saved in your vehicle list. If you wish to purchase a ticket for another vehicle, simply select it before completing the purchase.
Do I need to display proof of purchase inside my vehicle?
No. After a successful purchase, the parking ticket is automatically recorded in the Herceg Novi Parking Service system and is visible to parking enforcement officers in real time. There is no need to print or display any confirmation inside the vehicle.
Where can I view my payment history?
All previous purchases, electronic receipts, and payment history are available within the application through your user account. This allows you to review both active and previously purchased parking tickets at any time.
Will I receive a notification before my parking expires?
Yes. The application sends a notification before the parking session expires, giving users sufficient time to extend the parking period (where permitted) or remove the vehicle from the parking space.
What if I enter the wrong license plate number?
A parking ticket purchased through the application is valid only for the vehicle registration number selected during the purchase process. Therefore, it is important to verify that you have selected the correct vehicle from your list or entered the correct vehicle information before confirming payment.
Once a purchase has been completed, it is not possible to change the license plate number associated with the purchased parking ticket. If you notice an error before completing the purchase, you should select the correct vehicle and proceed with payment only after verifying the information.
What should I do if the application is temporarily unavailable?
In the event of temporary application unavailability or payment difficulties, parking must be paid using one of the other available payment methods, such as SMS parking payment or the purchase of a digital parking ticket at authorized sales locations.
