Daily Parking Ticket General Parking Zones

The Daily Parking Ticket service allows users to pay for parking in the Red, Blue, and Yellow Zones. The daily ticket is valid throughout the day within the applicable charging period.

Payment Methods

1. By SMS

Simply send your vehicle registration number (without spaces or special characters) to the number corresponding to the parking zone:

• Red Zone – 14517

• Blue Zone – 14518

• Yellow Zone – 14513

✔️ SMS messages can be sent from all active mobile networks in Montenegro.

❌ Sending SMS messages from abroad or while roaming is not possible.

After sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS verifying that your daily parking ticket is valid. The ticket is considered valid only upon receipt of this confirmation message.

2. Purchase at a Kiosk

A daily parking ticket can also be purchased as a digital parking ticket at designated kiosks throughout the city.

Important Notes

• The vehicle registration number must be entered using Latin characters, exactly as shown in the vehicle registration certificate.

• The use of special characters such as č, ć, ž, š, and đ is mandatory, while spaces, hyphens, dots, and other special characters are not permitted.

• If the message is not formatted correctly, the system will automatically send instructions on how to correct it.

• Before the daily parking ticket expires, the user will receive an SMS notification informing them that the ticket is about to expire, along with instructions for any further action.

• If the system is unavailable for any reason, the user is required to pay for parking using one of the other available payment methods.

• In the event of improper parking or an expired ticket, a parking inspector may issue a daily surcharge ticket in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
