Payment Methods

1. By SMS

Simply send your vehicle’s license plate number (without spaces or special characters) to the number corresponding to the parking zone:

• Red Zone – 14517
• Blue Zone – 14518
• Yellow Zone – 14513

SMS messages can be sent from all currently active mobile network operators in Montenegro.
Sending SMS messages from abroad or while roaming is not available.

After sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS verifying the purchase and validity of your daily parking ticket. The ticket is considered valid only after you receive this confirmation.

The license plate number must be entered using the Latin alphabet, exactly as shown in the vehicle registration certificate. Letters with diacritical marks (č, ć, ž, š, đ) are mandatory where applicable, while spaces, hyphens, periods, and other special characters are not allowed.

If the message is not formatted correctly, the system will automatically send instructions on how to correct it.

2. At a Kiosk

You can also purchase a daily parking ticket as a digital parking ticket at one of the designated kiosks in the city.

3. Via the Mobile App

Daily parking tickets can also be purchased quickly and easily through the Parking Service Herceg Novi mobile application.

Notes

If you do not have a valid parking ticket or if your ticket has expired, a parking inspector may issue a daily surcharge ticket in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.

The temporary unavailability of one payment method does not exempt users from their obligation to pay for parking. Users are required to use one of the other available payment methods. Failure to pay due to the temporary unavailability of a particular payment method will not be considered a valid reason for non-payment.
