As of October 1st 2025 “Parking Service Herceg Novi” LLC will implement the winter parking payment regime.
Parking on general public parking lots will be charged every day except Sundays, from 7 AM to 9 PM.
Parking will be free of charge as these sections will be excluded from the payment regime:
– without time limitation: Sava Ilića street, from Ribarska street to the entrance of the “Dr Simo Milošević” Institute on the southern side (parking spots 1 to 58),
– from 5 PM to 7 AM: Njegoševa street in Topla (near the tennis courts, parking spots 269 to 292) and
– from 5 PM to 7 AM: Njegoševa street in the city center, from the “Idea” market to Lovćen bank on Save Kovačevića street.
