GENERAL PARKING

These parking locations are located in the frontal part of the streets from Igalo to Meljine and are marked with appropriate traffic signs with parking notice boards and are divided into four zones: Purple, I (red), II (blue) and III (yellow) zone. Parking  is not time limited, which means that parking customers are given the option of paying as much hours as they want. The difference in the cost of parking distinguishes the four zones.

Within these zones, parking locations are also subdivided into micro-zones that relate only to subscribers (tenants and companies).

The purple zone is active during the summer parking regime. It is located in the streets that practice has shown to be the busiest locations in the center of Herceg Novi. 

Payment is calculated by the hour and can be made by sending an SMS from any supported MNE network to number 14516, buying a parking ticket at kiosk or buying a ticket at parking machine.

The red zone is located in the streets of the center of Herceg Novi, streets near post offices and banks. 

Payment is calculated by the hour and can be made by sending an SMS from any supported MNE network to number 14510, buying a parking ticket at kiosk or buying a ticket at parking machine.

The blue zone is located in the streets of center of Igalo. 

Payment is also calculated by the hour and is made by sending an SMS from any supported MNE network to number 14511, buying a parking ticket at kiosk or buying a ticket at parking machine.

The yellow zone covers the parts of the streets with unburdened traffic and payment is made by the hour, by sending an SMS from any supported MNE network to number 14512, by buying a parking ticket at kiosk or buying a ticket at parking machine. In yellow zone a daily ticket can be purchased, also by SMS from any supported MNE network to number 14513, at a kiosk or parking machine.

Parking is charged as follows:

– time period from 01.10. – 01.06., every day except on Sundays, between 7 and 21 hours,

– time period from 01.06.  – 01.07. and 01.09. – 01.10., every day except on Sundays, between 7 and 24 hours,

– time period from 01.07. – 01.09., every day, between 7 and 24 hours.

SPECIAL PARKING

“Parking Servis Herceg Novi” d.o.o. Herceg Novi controls public parking lots with an automated ramp control parking system where payments are made on automatic payment stations:

– Igalo, Norveška street, with 100 parking spaces

   The parking lot has a charging station for electric vehicles (2 vehicles can be charged simultaneously). 

– Opština, in front of Herceg Novi municipality building, Trg Maršala Tita, with 158 parking spaces

   The parking lot has two charging stations for electric vehicles (4 vehicles can be charged simultaneously). This service is charged separately.

“Parking Servis Herceg Novi” d.o.o. Herceg Novi also controls temporary public parking lots with an automated ramp control parking system and automatic payment stations:

– Topla, below traffic lights on Topla,  with 120 parking spaces

– Škver, Partizanski Put street, with 95 parking spaces
