We are informing our users that, starting October 1st 2026, the winter work schedule will come into effect. This includes changes to office hours, parking enforcement hours, and certain parking regulations at public parking facilities.
Office and Call Centre (customer service hours)
- Monday – Friday: from 8 AM to 2 PM (break: from 11 AM to 11:30 AM)
Parking work regime on general public parking lots (street parking)
- red, blue and yellow zone: every day except Sunday, from 7 AM to 9 PM
- purple zone: every day except Sunday, from 7 AM to 5 PM
The following locations are removed from the noted parking work regime, and parking at these locations is free of charge:
- yellow zone: Sava Ilića Street, from Ribarska Street to the southern entrance of the “Dr Simo Milošević” Institute (parking spots 1–58) at all times
- yellow zone: Meljine at all times
- yellow zone: Njegoševa Street, Topla, from Villa Kukoljac to Novljanka building (parking spots 269-292) from 5 PM to 7 AM
- purple zone: from 5 PM to 7 AM
