In addition to its primary function, the temporary seasonal parking in Baošići also serves as a designated depot for vehicles relocated due to improper parking. Vehicle relocation is carried out in cooperation with the Municipal Police and Municipal Inspection, based on their orders, using special tow trucks and in accordance with the Traffic Safety Law and the local Decision on Public Parking Lots. Vehicles from the Riviera area are transferred to this location, where they are stored until collected, with storage fees charged in line with applicable regulations.

Parking is used at the vehicle owner’s own risk. Parking Service Herceg Novi does not assume responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss that may occur while the vehicle is parked, except in cases where it is proven that the damage was caused by employee negligence.
What is allowed and what is not?
Users are required to follow all verbal instructions given by staff, as well as any posted notices and temporary signage in the parking area. Since the parking area may not be fully marked, vehicles must be parked strictly according to staff instructions, ensuring that traffic flow and movement of other vehicles are not obstructed. Movement within the parking area should be cautious and adapted to conditions, with a recommended minimum speed.
It is prohibited to park in a way that blocks passageways or other users, to occupy space improperly or without staff approval, to enter with unregistered vehicles or vehicles carrying hazardous materials, to leave defective vehicles, perform repairs, wash vehicles, refuel, dispose of waste, or carry out any commercial, promotional, or advertising activities without prior approval of the Company.
Pedestrian movement under and around entry/exit barriers is also prohibited.
