We would like to inform our users that, as of 1 October, the winter operating regime comes into effect, including changes to working hours, parking control and charging, as well as certain changes regarding the use of public parking facilities.
Office and Call Centre (customer service hours)
Monday – Friday: 08:00–14:00
Break: 11:00–11:30
Parking control and charging at general public parking areas (street parking)
- Red, Blue and Yellow Zones (Zones I, II and III): every day except Sunday, from 07:00 to 21:00
- Purple Zone: every day except Sunday, from 07:00 to 17:00
The following locations are excluded from the above parking control and charging regime, and parking is free of charge:
- Zone III – Sava Ilića Street: from Ribarska Street to the southern entrance of the “Dr Simo Milošević” Institute (parking spaces 1–64), with no time restriction
- Zone III – Braće Pedišića Street in Meljine, with no time restriction
- Zone III – Njegoševa Street in Topla: from Villa Kukoljac to the Novljanka building (parking spaces 269–292), from 17:00 to 07:00
- Purple Zone: from 17:00 to 07:00
