Daily Parking Ticket General Parking Zones

The daily parking ticket service allows parking payment in the Yellow Zone. The daily ticket is valid for the entire day, within the applicable charging hours.

Payment methods:

1. By SMS message
   Send your vehicle license plate number (without spaces and special characters) to the number 14513.
   ✔️ The message can be sent from all currently active mobile operator networks in Montenegro.
   ❌ Sending SMS messages from abroad or while roaming is not possible.
   After sending the message, you will receive a confirmation SMS verifying the validity of the daily ticket. The message is considered valid only with this confirmation.

2. Purchase at a kiosk
   You can also buy a daily ticket as a digital parking ticket at one of the designated kiosks in the city.

Notes:

• The license plate number must be written in Latin script, in the order and format shown in the vehicle registration certificate.

• Letters with diacritics (č, ć, ž, š, đ) are allowed, but spaces, dashes, dots, or other special characters are not permitted.

• If the message is not correctly formatted, the system will automatically send instructions for correction.

• Before the daily ticket expires, the user will receive an SMS notification that the ticket is about to expire, with instructions for further action if necessary.

• If the system is not functioning for any reason, the user is obliged to pay for parking by one of the other available methods.

• In case of irregular parking or ticket expiration, the inspector may issue a penalty parking ticket, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
