How does the subscription ticket work?
The right to obtain a preferential subscription ticket can be granted to:
Citizens of Herceg Novi
Natural persons (residents) who own property in a street under the parking payment regime
Natural persons (non-residents) who own property in a street under the parking payment regime
Legal entities with properties in a street under the parking payment regime
The subscription ticket allows parking within the assigned zone or micro-zone, but does not guarantee a reserved parking space. The user can use any available spot within their zone or micro-zone, which represents a significant convenience for regular users.
This ticket is intended for natural and legal persons who live or conduct business in streets under the paid parking regime within general parking zones. The validity of the ticket, zone, or micro-zone depends on the category and rights that the applicant acquires in accordance with regulations, proven by submitting the appropriate documentation.
The request for issuing a subscription ticket is submitted together with the required documentation, after which a usage contract is concluded. The subscription ticket allows unlimited parking during the contracted period without the need for daily payments.

What are micro-zones?
Micro-zones are smaller sections within parking zones, intended for users who own property or a business facility in that area. Each micro-zone defines a specific number of parking spaces where your subscription ticket is valid.

How can I apply for a subscription ticket?
The application and documentation can be downloaded and submitted in person at the premises of Parking Service Herceg Novi (Trg Maršala Tita 4), or simply filled out online on this page.
Can I park outside my micro-zone?
You can, but the subscription ticket is not valid outside the assigned micro-zone. In that case, parking is charged according to the valid price list.
Does the subscription ticket guarantee a parking space?
No. The subscription ticket allows parking within the assigned micro-zone, but it does not guarantee a free spot.
How long is the subscription ticket valid and when does it start?
The subscription ticket is billed monthly, valid from the first to the last day of the month. The usage period is defined by the contract between the user and Parking Service Herceg Novi.
Do I need to purchase the subscription ticket in person every time?
For the first purchase of a subscription ticket, the user must be present in person in order to sign the contract and verify documentation. Once the subscription ticket is activated and entered into the system, the user can make payments electronically for each following month, according to the conditions defined in the contract.
Which payment methods can legal entities use?
Legal entities can also pay subscription tickets via wire transfer (bank transfer), in accordance with the agreed conditions and deadlines.
Is it possible to change the zone or duration of the subscription parking ticket during the contract period?
Changes are made by signing an annex to the contract and in accordance with applicable rules and the availability of zones. A change is possible only if the user qualifies for a new zone or conditions, and not solely on the basis of an individual request.
What happens if I don’t pay the subscription parking ticket on time?
In case of late payment, the subscription ticket is deactivated in the system, which means the user loses the right to use parking until the outstanding obligations are settled.
